Nice for you Ross
Word up from Dadio that the dutch newspaper DeStem are featuring an article either tomorrow or next Tuesday on Liverpool fans in the Brabant area of Holland, so there should be details and pics of all the cloggie Miltons. Here is a taster of the youngest and oldest together:

So remember to check back for more details.
Monday Afternoon this week, went to pick Tobias up from School (12/03/07). As we walked across the playing field with him, two boys, same age as Tobias, but ones we did not recognise (different class) ran up to Tobias and said “Hey Steve, we are playing that rocket game”, they carried on running across the field, leaving me and Kasey to stare at a rather sneaky looking boy.
It appears he has been telling people his name is Steven Gerrard again :O) This happens on a regular basis, days out, holidays etc, so we got word to Steven Gerrard via Opa Arthur (Opa being dutch for Grandfather) and last Saturday morning, Tobias received a rather nice signed photo from Steven Gerrard especially dedicated to Tobias.

Amazing performance by Liverpool to contain Barca again at Anfield tonight, all the better as we attacked at every opportunity and didn’t simply sit back and soak up 90 minutes of pressure. As with the game against Manure last Saturday though, again we could not finish excellent chances, story of the season, be nice to see Robbie thrown on for the last 20 minutes in matches like these, bag a scrappy winner.
Anyway, Champions League quarter final, and we knocked out the holders at the stage that saw us as holders knocked out last year.
Job done!
ps – Great article by Oliver Holt on mirror.co.uk today
Arse!
Jammy? I don’t think so, we had the chances and the possession to win it, these are the kind of games you win on the way to a premiership crown. completely against the run of play, with a key player injured then one sent off, against all odds you end up with 3 points in the bag.
I have heard of Liverpool fans saying that if we can’t win the Premiership, then they would rather Manure win than Chelsea again. Balls, it’s going to stick in our throats whoever wins if it isn’t us.
We have had a problem all season with not putting chances away, so hopefully we can get in a 20 per season striker in the summer to sort it out. Liverpool are nearly there, and next season should see us mount a much stonger challenge. Roll on Tuesday when we welcome Barcelona to Anfield in the Champions League.
After reading about Craig Bellamys golf club motivation experiment with John Arne Riise:
icliverpool – Liverpool FC article
Then listening to tonights result in the Champions League knock out first leg Barcelona 1 V Liverpool 2. it seems the welsh wizard may be on to something, not only did both of the protagonists both score in a Liverpool win in the Nou Camp against the current European champions, but Riise scored with his right leg!!
So maybe we should pass him a nine iron and let him loose on the England cricket team, and maybe Tim Henman as well, in fact any one in need of motivation, maybe send him into a few deprived inner city schools to whip the kids into shape, looks like he may have stumbled upon a post football career eh?
Been a while, so what’s new?
