It’s all movies and Wii trailers round here lately. Todays offering being Capcoms trailer for Resident Evil 4 | Wii Edition (Biohazard in Japan). Link at the bottom there as when I embedded it here in the page it just played over and over, so hopefully that link will open a new window for you to play the trailer as big as you like
I never played the original on the Gamecube, but according to all gaming types, it was the best in the series, so I am looking forward to getting hold of this later this year.
What a bint though in the trailer, I have never met a lady who would bring me nice coffee whilst I shot zombies, then sit next to me in awe “Wow!” “Oooh what’s that”, that’s a load of bollox that’s what it is love. Silly cow, fancy coming round disturbing the gaming then getting caught by zombies meaning that handsome young fella has to get up and shoot them, I hope he got a reach round for his efforts.
If you can read the japanese (which at least one of you can), more details on the official site
BIG TRAILER - New Window
Boo Hiss! News just coming out that due to the shift of QA and engineer resources from Apples’ new OS X iteration Leopard over to the much anticipated iPhone, Leopard release has now been delayed until October 2007.
Found out whilst mooching round macrumors.com for news of any new developer seeds. Plenty people getting pissed off and whining that they want the OS and not the shiny phone, me, I’m not fussed, the longer they take to get it right the better.
More details over @ macrumors.
Update: Official Apple Statement
Apple Statement
iPhone has already passed several of its required certification tests and is on schedule to ship in late June as planned. We can’t wait until customers get their hands (and fingers) on it and experience what a revolutionary and magical product it is. However, iPhone contains the most sophisticated software ever shipped on a mobile device, and finishing it on time has not come without a price — we had to borrow some key software engineering and QA resources from our Mac OS X team, and as a result we will not be able to release Leopard at our Worldwide Developers Conference in early June as planned. While Leopard’s features will be complete by then, we cannot deliver the quality release that we and our customers expect from us. We now plan to show our developers a near final version of Leopard at the conference, give them a beta copy to take home so they can do their final testing, and ship Leopard in October. We think it will be well worth the wait. Life often presents tradeoffs, and in this case we’re sure we’ve made the right ones. [Apr 12, 2007]
Team LFC were honoured by a meeting with some of the elder Miltons yesterday upon their arrival in Holland for tonights Champions League quarter final against PSV in Eindhoven.
What a week for Steven Gerrard, an MBE from the Queen, then beating Pele to sports biography book of the year, and to top it all, he gets to meet Dadio Milton.
Not to be out done Alvaro Arbeloa gets in on the act as well.
Soon word got out that Dadio was about, then along came David Moores, probably needs to discuss investment opportunities with Dadio now he has some spare change.
Not all the players got to meet dadio though, here we see Sami Hypia trying to persuade Derren to get a meeting sorted for him as well.
Bolo Zenden even tried to play the “But I am dutch, surely that means I get first dibs” card, and tries to sweet talk Derren & Andrew at the same time. Good effort Bolo, but not good enough.
Last I heard the boys were on the way to the game (kick off in 10 mins!!!) and even Tom Hicks has been seen trying to get in with the Dadio, those cheeky Texans.
Blog: What to do?
Since moving to wordpress I have gained a hell of a lot more flexability in what I want to achieve with this. Now after playing around for a few weeks it strikes me that the posts may seem a little random in subject matter to you. You may have arrived here to read an Apple related article, but are not so interested in what socks I have been wearing this week, and what I did over the weekend.
A quick mooch reveals that Wordpress also have another application, WordpressMU (Multiple User) with which I could create multiple blogs, each dedicated to it’s own specific categories. I might as well dive in and sort this now before this site grows too big. I had a nice adventure in upgrading this installation of wp last night and hosed the site for a few hours, luckily I backed up the important files, so it didn’t take long to get back up and running again, so now I am in the mood to get hands dirty and upgrade to an even more flexible platform.
So what do you think? Feedback appreciated, I am currently using Google analytics to measure site traffic, so I know it’s not just mother checking in once in a blue moon.
